     For those of you who do not know me I would first like to say that I am a lifelong Atlanta resident.  Married to "Sharron" for over 40 years, we have 2 children, a son & daughter-in-law, 4 grandchildren, and a cat!

     Since graduating from Georgia State University  in 1971 I have been in the construction business, first as VP of Regency Const. Co. and for 26 years as owner of Landers Const Co., LLC.  Having grown up in a real estate family and after having been active in residential construction, it is only natural for me to transition into real estate sales. I have always been a people person, and I derive great pleasure from my customers' satisfaction as I have  either built or improved their homes over the years.
