     For those of you who do not know me I would first like to say that I am a lifelong Atlanta resident.  

    I am a  graduate of  Georgia State University with a specialization in Urban Land Development.  Since 1970 I have been in the construction business, first as VP of Regency Construction. Co. and for 26 years CEO of Landers Construction Co., LLC.  Having grown up in a real estate family and having been active in residential construction, it is only natural  to transition into real estate sales. I have always been a people person, and derive great pleasure from my customers' satisfaction after having  either built or improved their homes over the years.

      My knowledge of Georgia and its real estate market will be extremely beneficial whether you are a Seller or a Buyer. The purchase of  real estate is the single most important financial decision most people make in a lifetime, and you need to have as much information as possible to enable you to make the right buying decision.
